Qing-dynasty Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Dish - Peaches & Floral Motif

This beautiful Chinese porcelain dish features a vibrant hand-painted "Famille Rose" palette. The central medallion depicts double peaches, a traditional symbol of longevity and immortality in Chinese culture. The surrounding well is decorated with four seasonal flower sprays, including lotus and peony, representing purity and prosperity.

Design Details

• Interior: A central "Shou" (Longevity) peach medallion encircled by a rust-red and yellow geometric border. The rim is finished with a delicate border of stylized bats (symbols of happiness) and floral scrolls.

• Exterior: The underside features three simplified iron-red floral or bat sprays on the outer rim.
