Own a piece of history with this authentic double-handled jar from the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD). This era is considered the "Golden Age" of Chinese ceramics, prized for its minimalist forms and jade-like glazes. This specific vessel features two delicate "loop" handles and a beautiful celadon glaze with a natural age-induced crackle pattern.

Era: Song Dynasty (10th - 13th Century).

Glaze: Thick celadon green with visible "crazing" or crackle, characteristic of high-fired Song stoneware.

Form: Bulbous body with a tapered neck and two small lug handles; a classic "water jar" or "oil jar" shape.

The Base: The unglazed foot rim reveals the original dark, iron-rich stoneware body, showing authentic kiln-firing marks and over a millennium of natural oxidation.

Condition Report

Integrity: [Insert detail: Remarkably intact for its age. No major cracks."]

Surface: Note the glaze "skips" or "crawling" near the base (where the glaze didn't quite cover the clay)—this is not damage, but a sought-after sign of ancient kiln production.

Diameter : H : 9cm x W 6.5cm
